Job summary

Enable Scotland in Helensburgh is looking for Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to provide one-to-one support to individuals with varying needs, including personal care and moving and handling. The role is 30 hours per week with a shift pattern from 10am to 10pm and overnight supports; the role may involve early finishes.

The successful candidates will work as part of a bespoke team to promote safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support, helping them lead their best life.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Move and handle residents safely in line with care plans.
• Support individuals to engage in activities and social connections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one personal assistance to Nicole as described.
• Promote safety, wellbeing and aspirations of people supported.
