Job summary

Ark Housing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper for a part-time (20 hrs p/w) permanent role at our homeless family centre in West Belfast. The post focuses on delivering high-quality housekeeping and domestic cleaning in a residential setting, including preparing apartments for new lettings.

The essential criteria include at least 1 year of relevant experience, teamwork, strong interpersonal and ICT skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in cleaning or housekeeping in a similar environment
• Able to work as part of a team
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Able to deal with customers confidentially and non-judgementally
• Able to plan, organise and prioritise work
• Demonstrate ICT ability and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
