Libertatem Healthcare Group in Swansea is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young boy with brain injury, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment and communication needs.

You will work daytime and waking night shifts, providing physical and emotional support, administering medications where needed, and helping with daily routines in the family home. A compassionate, patient approach and paediatric care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Paediatric care experience required, preferably with brain injuries.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client condition during day and night shifts.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care.
• Administer medication as directed and maintain records.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
