Warrington Disability Partnership in Warrington is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support an 11-year-old boy with ASD and ADHD in Great Sankey. You will help him access the community, accompany him to activities, and support his non-verbal communication.

Applicants must have a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and appropriate motor insurance; a DBS check will be arranged. The role requires calm, patient, safety-conscious individuals who can respond to varied daily needs.

Responsabilités

• Help the child access the community and participate in local activities.
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Provide calm and reassuring support during periods of frustration or overwhelm.
• Support the child’s non-verbal communication needs.
• Accompany him to activities such as swimming, bowling, shopping and parks.
• Provide transport, including occasional school pick-ups and drop-offs.
