Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 3 Health Care Assistants to join District Nursing Teams across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients in their homes and community settings.

You will support the clinical team with care delivery and treatment, building positive relationships with patients and families while maintaining compassionate and professional care.
