Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a caring Care Assistant to support residents in our UK care home. You will assist with daily living, meals and activities, and provide companionship to help residents feel valued and safe. Training will be provided to help you deliver high-quality care with empathy.

You'll work as part of a compassionate team, following care plans and ensuring residents have one-to-one time wherever possible, bringing warmth and reliability to everyday moments on shift.

Qualifications
