Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for one of our care homes in the community. You’ll support residents with daily living, encourage social activities and provide one-to-one time to ensure comfort and dignity.

With training provided and a warm, can-do approach, you’ll join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Some experience of caring for older people.
• Can-do approach.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support with food and drink and help following care plans.
• Provide one-to-one time and companionship to residents.
