Job summary

Coventry City Council's Passenger Transport Services (PTS) seeks drivers and passenger assistants to support transport for vulnerable users in Coventry. Qualifications

• Ability to handle large wheelchairs and assist with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all driving duties in allocated vehicles as instructed by the PTS office team.
• Pick up service users and transport them to their destination in a safe, caring manner.
• Take steps to prevent harm to service users and others; complete required paperwork.
• Be punctual, adaptable and reliable on a split shift schedule (2 hours morning, 2 hours afternoon).
