• Experience in a care setting

Responsibilities

• Assist and support midwifery staff with clinical duties and establish rapport with mothers and families.
• Assist women with personal hygiene and privacy after delivery and report changes to the midwife.
• Assist women with eating and drinking and record intake as indicated.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform clerical duties as designated by the Ward Manager.
