Job summary
Rockingham County, NH is seeking Licensed Care Partners to engage residents and deliver person-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will build authentic relationships with residents and families while supporting wellness needs and daily activities.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years in health care, and LNA certification; CPR/BLS; NCCC welcomed. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with differential and a weekend premium.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years related experience in a Health Care setting and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education, work and experience will be considered.
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) required.
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified.
- National Caregiver Certification Course (NCCC) welcomed, not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, person-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop authentic relationships with residents and family members.
- Assist with meals, laundry, showering, vital signs, and more.
- Observe and report changes to the Wellness Coordinator or Wellness Manager.
- Follow all established safety and infection control policies/procedures.
