Job summary

• Help the Chef to deliver food service of high quality within the home, and with meal service to residents.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Clean and wash equipment, workstation, and utensils used during meals.
• Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with providing refreshments for residents and guests.
• Ensure dining rooms and related areas are clean and stocked.
• Follow recipes and keep records as required.
