CrossReach is seeking a Housekeeper to help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for people in our care. You will contribute to the daily running of the service, ensuring bedrooms and communal areas are kept to a high standard and that routines support wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, maintaining infection prevention procedures, and working with colleagues to create a respectful, tidy and inclusive home for all residents.

Formación

• Reliability and organisation are valued in daily housekeeping duties.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and show respect to residents.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, communal areas and shared facilities to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
• Respect people's privacy and belongings.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support pantry duties as part of daily responsibilities.
