Oakdale Care Home in Poole is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our friendly nursing home team. You will maintain a clean, homely environment across bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and dining areas, ensuring residents and staff enjoy a welcoming setting.

The role is full-time with alternate weekends. Candidates should be caring, reliable and able to work as part of a team, with good communication and a compassionate approach to residents.

Formación

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner.
• Caring and compassionate nature.
• Desire to make a positive contribution to residents’ lives.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and homely environment for residents across bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and dining rooms.
• Ensure a welcoming and tidy environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Collaborate with care team to support residents’ comfort and wellbeing.
