Job summary

Oakland Care is looking for a warm, reliable Housekeeper to join our Osbern Manor care home in Wigmore. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across residents' rooms and communal areas, creating a safe and comfortable environment.

Hours are 24 per week, with day shifts, and pay is £13.20 per hour. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome, especially in care home settings, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping; care home experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residents’ rooms and communal areas.
• Carrying out daily cleaning routines and deep-clean schedules.
• Ensuring laundry is washed, dried, and returned promptly.
• Supporting infection control procedures.
