Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman with a complex spinal injury at home. The role is full-time with a 2:1 wake night and sleep-in shift pattern, including assistance with all daily living activities and close monitoring due to tracheostomy and ventilator needs.

Full training will be provided; candidates who are kind, committed, and eager to learn with a team focus are encouraged to apply. Long-term involvement to provide consistency is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care preferred, full training provided.
• Willingness to commit to long-term involvement.
• Ability to follow structured care plans and respond to changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities and personal care.
• Close monitoring of client condition and timely response to changes.
• Follow structured care plans to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Remain calm, attentive and patient while caring for the client.
