Papillon Home Care is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to support clients in their own homes in The Marsh and surrounding areas including New Romney, Lydd, Lydd-on-sea, Greatstone, Littlestone, ST Marys Bay and Dymchurch. The role focuses on compassionate, personalized care with dignity and respect for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a kind and caring nature.
• Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to support the service users and the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to service users with dignity and respect.
• Safely handle service users and administer medications with accurate record-keeping.
• Fulfil general duties, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Efficiently manage administrative processes and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
