Papillon Home Care in Folkestone is recruiting an experienced Home Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across Folkestone, Hythe, Hawkinge, Cheriton, Lympne and Romney Marsh. You will help maintain independence and quality of life with compassionate care.

The role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week, including at least 8 weekend hours and one evening. You will provide personal care, medication support, meal prep and companionship across local visits.

Formación

• Minimum of 12 months home care or equivalent experience.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Be able to communicate confidently in English (spoken and written).
• Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check prior to employment.
• Open to female applicants only in line with Equality Act exemptions.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes across Folkestone, Hythe, Hawkinge, Cheriton, Lympne and Romney Marsh.

• Guaranteed contracted hours: 16 hours per week (Must include min of 8 hours at the weekend and one evening)
• Care rounds operate between 7am – 9pm, worked in smaller scheduled rounds

(Please note: this is community-based home care, not a care home role.)

About the Role:

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide essential support to vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes. No two days are the same, and the relationships you build with clients can make a genuine impact on their wellbeing and independence.

Duties may include:
