Job summary

Radis Community Care is actively recruiting local people to join the team as Care Workers in Ystrad and surrounding areas to look after vulnerable members of the local community.

We offer full or part-time positions and you will need a UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle. Radis pays for travel time between visits, offers enhanced rates for NVQs, mileage support, flexible hours, and aims to match you with the same clients daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or helping others is valued.
• Valid UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient approach to supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care support including washing and dressing.
• Supporting with medication administration.
• Assisting with meal preparation.
• Helping clients access the local community (shopping, activities, trips).
• Assisting with day-to-day household duties and routines.
