Job summary

Radfield Home Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to cover Bath, Radstock, and Keynsham. You will visit clients in their own homes, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain independence and quality of life.

We offer flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate (£14.00–£21.00), paid travel time at standard rate, and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in home care or related field preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and changes in condition.
• Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests.
