Job summary

GoodOaks Homecare is seeking caring Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes on the Isle of Wight. The role requires empathy, reliability and a compassionate approach to provide personal care and companionship.

You will work with clients in various settings, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. A driving licence and access to a car are essential, and sponsorship is not available. Full and part-time positions with paid induction and DBS checks are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is desirable.
• Clear DBS check is required.
• Two references are required.
• Driving licence and access to a car are essential.
• Valid right to work in the UK – no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the Isle of Wight area.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, companionship.
• Prepare meals, accompany clients on outings and errands.
• Complete basic care documentation and care planning.
