Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring, kind and motivated individuals to join our growing team of homecare professionals in London. You will provide compassionate in-home support and help clients with daily activities, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

No prior experience is required as a two-day induction and online learning are provided in a supportive environment. Benefits include a pension, paid holidays and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience or qualifications necessary, as we have a streamlined recruitment process which includes a two-day induction, with online e-learning, in a supportive environment.
• Right to Work in the UK, References & Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.
