Job summary

Home Instead Westminster & City of London is seeking caring and dependable people to join our team as Care Professionals, helping older clients stay safe, independent and comfortable at home. Our visits are a minimum of two hours to build genuine relationships and deliver the care you would want for your own family.

No prior care experience is required. We offer full-time and part-time roles with day, evening and weekend shifts, and a supportive local office team to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No care experience required.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Able to work some evenings and weekends.
• Willing to provide personal care when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Support clients with personal care, including washing and dressing.
• Prepare meals and drinks for clients.
• Assist with medication in accordance with care plans.
• Help clients move safely around their home.
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping or social activities.
• Assist with light housework and everyday tasks.
• Observe changes in wellbeing and report concerns.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
