Job summary
Bluebird Care Cornwall North is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our trusted team in Wadebridge and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality care in clients' homes, supporting daily living and helping people maintain independence.
We offer a full induction, ongoing training, uniform and PPE, and a range of rewards including a monthly attendance bonus and a Health Cash Scheme. A full UK driving licence is preferred to reach clients efficiently.
Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to follow care plans reliably.
- Care experience is beneficial but not required; full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in clients' homes.
- Assist with personal care and daily activities.
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Support with medications and prescriptions.
- Carry out light housekeeping.
- Be a dependable, friendly face for clients.
- Full induction and ongoing training.
- Uniform and PPE provided.
