Job summary

Radfield Home Care Wakefield & Huddersfield is seeking Female Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care across Wakefield and Huddersfield. Earn up to £13.80 per hour with paid travel time and mileage allowance, plus permanent contracted hours and ongoing training.

We value reliability and the ability to build genuine relationships with clients, while supporting independence in their own homes. Training is provided, and progression opportunities exist within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
• Have daily access to your own vehicle.
• Can work a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
• Are female due to the personal care needs and preferences of some of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support clients with medication.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage independence wherever possible.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work closely with clients, their families and the wider Radfield Home Care team.
