Abacare is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the Rhosneigr area. You will follow individual care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients stay independent and comfortable at home.

No prior social care experience is required; compassion and a willingness to learn are valued. A vehicle is often needed due to the geographical spread of visits.
