Job summary

Action Care & Support, part of Tender Healthcare Group, is recruiting compassionate Community Care Assistants and Domiciliary Care Workers for Long Sutton and surrounding communities. You will provide person-centred support in clients' homes with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and practical support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and transfers using equipment as needed.
• Support medication following care plans and company policies.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking where required.
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance and social interaction.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Maintain light household tasks for a safe home environment.
• Recognise changes in health and risk, report promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records using our digital system.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.
