Qualifications

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.

• Be flexible to fit clients’ needs and workflows.
• Work independently with initiative in a home-care setting.
• Navigate DBS checks and maintain safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, nutrition).
• Perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens).
• Assist with medication needs.
• Assist in safe moving and handling of clients.
• Provide shopping services when required by the client.
