Melody Care is seeking Home Carer Assistants to support clients in Hampshire and Surrey, providing compassionate in-home care and building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Reliable, patient and empathetic individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Must be available to work at least one evening per week and some hours on alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help clients in the community with medication and personal care.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support with shopping and errands.
• Arrange and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
