Job summary

Alina Homecare is looking for caring individuals to support older adults in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic tasks, following full induction training. Flexible part- or full-time hours across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Join a friendly local team. Training is provided, and you will be supported to develop skills and qualifications as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full induction training provided.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and medication as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support older people at home with personal care and daily activities.
• Assist with meals, shopping, light cleaning and medication support.
• Provide companionship and safe, respectful assistance.
