Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking dedicated care assistants to support older people in their own homes in Hatfield. The role includes assisting with medication, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care, with a full induction training provided.

Calls are scheduled between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, offering flexible part or full-time hours. Great rates of pay, mileage allowance, travel time reimbursement, free uniform and DBS checks, and opportunities for further training are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full induction training provided.
• Ability to work in clients' homes with respect for privacy and dignity.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration as directed by the care plan.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition for clients.
• Support with shopping and light household tasks.
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
