Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Tonbridge. Earn up to £17.50/hour with a £500 joining bonus and full training. No previous experience is required as you will receive advanced training at the Alina Homecare Academy.

You'll provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and help with mobility and daily tasks, ensuring clients maintain independence and dignity. Flexible hours are available, with weekend and bank holiday enhancements.

Qualifications

• No experience required to apply.
• Driving licence & access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – be a friendly face and prevent loneliness.
• Personal care – assist with all aspects of hygiene.
• Medication – collect prescriptions and provide reminders.
• Mealtimes – help prepare and serve tasty meals.
• Housekeeping – keep the home comfortable and tidy.
• Mobility – assist with getting around the home.
