Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a caring Care Assistant in Orpington (BR6) to deliver high‑quality homecare. No previous experience required as full training is provided, and you can earn up to £15.90/hour with a £250 joining bonus.

You will help with companionship, personal care, medications, meals, housekeeping and mobility, enabling clients to live independently and with dignity. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, and paid holiday plus training are included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude at all times.
• Responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Deliver personal care and support with hygiene.
• Collect prescriptions and provide reminders for medications.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean home.
• Support mobility and getting around for clients.
