Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver compassionate personal care.
• Experience with Care Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
• Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
• Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment.
• Accurately document care in line with service requirements.
• Promote dignity, independence and respect in all interactions.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a healthcare team.
