Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Health Care Assistant for Tees Grange care home in Stockton-on-Tees, Norton TS20 2PH. The role is permanent with various contracts and a starting rate of £12.71 per hour (£12.81 on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate).

You will support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives and be part of a supportive, values-driven team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, maintaining care records and promoting
