You will work as part of a small team to ensure the service meets the highest standards. The position is full-time with a 40-hour week, and some out-of-hours shifts are required, with enhanced pay for overtime.

Qualifications

• Good level of formal education.
• References will be obtained.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral preparation and on the day services.
• Provide courteous, empathetic customer-facing support to clients.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Be available for out-of-hours rota including evenings and weekends (enhanced rates).
