Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting comfort, mobility and repositioning
• Administering or prompting medication where appropriate
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and families
• Preparing light meals and assisting with household tasks
• Supporting individuals to remain comfortable and independent at home
• Working with healthcare professionals for seamless end-of-life care
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting wellbeing changes
