Job summary

Aylesbury Supported Living Service in Bourton Road, Aylesbury, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. You will assist residents with daily routines and personal care, provide companionship and help with activities, and carry out light household duties to keep environments clean and comfortable.

You’ll be a positive role model with strong communication and teamwork skills, supporting residents in a nurturing, engaging environment while contributing to their overall happiness and independence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with, or willing to work towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in elderly care and commitment to high quality care standards.
