Job summary

East Midlands Councils is recruiting a Care Worker to help residents lead dignified lives in the East Midlands. You will be part of a care team, assisting with daily tasks, supporting wellbeing and social activities, and ensuring residents are happy and safe.

A set rota includes days, afternoons and nights, with generous pay rates, a free uniform and access to high-quality training and mentoring. No prior care experience is required as full training and support are provided, including ongoing

• Ability to understand the needs of older people, including dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, meals and medication.
• Support social activities and wellbeing to ensure residents stay happy and healthy.
• Work as part of a care team with mentoring from experienced staff.
