Job summary

St Margaret's Hospice Care is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Assistant in Taunton to support our charitable shops across Somerset. The role involves delivery driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle, warehouse organization, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Part-time permanent and bank positions are available with different hour patterns. You will travel across the county to stores, assist with stock movements, and help maintain safety standards in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering with a 3.5 tonne vehicle.
• Empathetic customer service and teamwork.
• Full valid driving licence required for county deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support 32 shops across Somerset via an efficient warehouse and logistics operation.
• Ensure stock collection and delivery service is professional and cost-effective.
• Assist with holiday/absence cover and maintain health and safety standards.
