Job summary

Hutchinson at Home, part of the Hutchinson Care Homes family in Northern Ireland, is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Carers to support people living independently at home. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles with flexible hours and travel between client homes.

A full driving licence is required and work cars are provided. Prior care experience is a plus, but a warm, reliable attitude and strong communication are essential. Join us to help clients maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Full driver's license is required.
• Work cars are provided for client visits.
• Prior care experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including washing, dressing and grooming.
• Support with medication reminders and administration.
• Help with light domestic tasks, meal preparation and shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow personalized care plans and report changes in health or condition.
