Job summary

The Care Workshop Ltd is hiring a Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes in Banbury and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, full training, and ongoing support.

You will help with personal care, daily living activities, meds, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and maintaining wellbeing, with DBS check and right to work in the UK, and mileage allowance for drivers.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Satisfactory employment references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support with medication, meal preparation, and nutrition.
• Carry out light household duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
