Qualifications

• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs, training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support with medication administration in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life.
