Job summary

In safe Hands is seeking compassionate Community Care Workers to join our domiciliary care team. We offer sponsorship switches, paid full training and flexible contracts with every other weekend off, and rates up to £14.00 per hour plus Bank Holiday premiums.

You will visit clients in their own homes, delivering person-centred care, assisting with bathing and daily tasks, promoting independence and companionship.

Qualifications

• Compassion – a caring, empathic and reliable disposition.
• Right to work: applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK.
• Mobility: access to a car and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes delivering person-centred care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and hygiene to maintain dignity.
• Provide companionship and support independence as needed.
