Job summary

Flexy Support Ltd is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients in their own homes around Croydon and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care with dignity, independence and choice, with shifts that fit different lifestyles. The role offers £15.00 per hour plus paid travel time and mileage.

Full-time hours are available, with shifts ranging from 30 to 35 hours per week. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence required and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate and positive attitude.
• Able to work every other weekend.
• Two professional references and two character references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with medication.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Support with household tasks and light domestic duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients attend appointments or access the community.
• Record care provided and report concerns.
