Cygnet is hiring a Day Support Worker at Nightingale to help adults with autism and learning disabilities live more independent lives. The role covers 12-hour day shifts on a 7-day rota, with a 42-hour weekly contract and full-time, permanent employment.

You will support daily routines, encourage independence, and join a team dedicated to compassionate care, wellbeing, and community integration across the Nightingale site.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or similar setting.
• Understanding of behaviours that may challenge.
• Caring, compassionate and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with daily routines and independence.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Promote wellbeing and quality of life for residents.
