Job summary

PrimeLife Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Bedworth-based team on a full-time day shift. The role focuses on high-quality, compassionate care for residents with a range of health needs. Training is provided, and prior care experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy essential for caring roles.
• Desire to help and support elderly residents.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and choosing clothes.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents on outings/appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing.
• Welcome family members and assist with inquiries.
