Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Complex Care Worker/PA for 10 hours per week in Broadstairs. You will support a female client with complex health needs in her home and community, assisting with personal care, mobility, transfers, medication, and daily activities.

The role requires driving, a full UK licence, and a compassionate, reliable approach to enabling independence. DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of ongoing safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Car driver essential, own vehicle preferred, full UK driving licence.
• Female applicants only; exemption under the Equality Act 2010 applies.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one supervision and support in daily living activities.
• Administer medication and assist with health tasks and transfers.
• Provide personal care and domestic support, meal prep and community access.
