Job summary

CCH Group in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a kind, compassionate care worker to support a young woman with a spinal cord injury. This role involves 24-hour shifts with a sleep-in night, offering 24-48 hours of work per week and almost five days off.

You will enable her to live her best life, assisting with daily living, mobility, personal care, hobbies and outings, and flexible around pets. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with bowel management.
• A good listener with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working around pets.
• Reliable driver with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living and personal care needs.
• Assisting with mobility and bowel management.
• Helping her enjoy hobbies, outings, and new experiences.
• Working confidently around pets.
• Following care plans and instructions.
• Bringing warmth, humour, and a “can-do” attitude.
• Working alongside other professionals 3 times a day.
