Randstad Care is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join two supported living services in Falkirk and Livingston. You will provide essential care, assist residents with daily activities, and support their inclusion in local community outings.

Qualifications

• Previous care/support work with learning disabilities and autism.
• Moving & Handling and Medication Administration training.
• Epilepsy management training desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and energetic personality.
• Flexible to cover shifts (earlies, lates, sleepovers, nights).

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in community outings and daily activities.
• Promote social inclusion and accompany residents to local venues.
