Job summary

Cera in Wales is hiring a community carer in Bargoed to help clients live independently at home. You will assist with personal care, meals and medications, visiting people in their own homes across the area.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to reach clients efficiently. The role offers flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings and nights) with every other weekend off, paid mileage, a pension scheme and DBS clearance provided.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within the first 3 years.
• Registration with Social Care Wales is required in Wales.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, meals and medications.
• Visit clients in their own homes across Caerphilly and surrounding areas.
• Travel between visits; driving licence and vehicle preferred.
